MORGAN SILVER DOLLAR – NGC CERTIFIED & GRADED MS 63. Morgan Silver Dollar has been certified and graded MS 63 by NGC (Numismatic Guaranty Corp) and has a CAC sticker. The coin is bright and well struck. This coin was part of the U. Mint’s GSA Hoard and is in its original government issued plastic holder, which NGC has sealed with its original certification tape. The hoard was dubbed the GSA (Government Services Administration) Hoard; they were named this because this was the branch of the government that was in charge of the dispersal of these coins. Originally, the 1980 sale limited the amount of coins per customer to 500 pieces. However, just thirteen days before the sale began the number was dropped to thirty-five coins per customer.
